Reimagination

In this piece, using a compositional strategy 'microllage' (from micro & collage), I am playing with zooming in an out of Mussorgsky's reference piece 'Pictures at an exhibition', which got inspired by last paintings by Victor Hartmann, and reorchestrated by Ravel. By using and reshuffling small fragments, I am creating an entirely novel piece by connecting the same dots in a different way.
