By meditation focussing mindfully on our breath, senses, thoughts and bodily functions we can purify our heart and mind cultivating good thoughts and intentions to manifest them in our actions for bliss, blessings and merits of karma and later for a good rebirth when we live without sinning with loving kindness and compassion towards all sentient beings, vegetarian, honoring the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas Mahasattvas and Brahmanas and the gods with good pure conduct, worship and offerings, Om Shanti.
