.CIVILISATION. is a piece for drums kit, sampler, and screen.

The piece presents three stories, different from each other at first appearance, but sharing some underlying similarities

that are not initially obvious.

The first story depicts an astronaut, on a mission on an exoplanet, discovering something strange, something no

one has ever seen before.

The second story focuses on a conversation between two girls, discussing a big event one of the two is about to

experience, as if she was about to be born.

The last story relates the pain experienced by the family and friends of an individual, who has disappeared. The whole focus is their mourning and learning how to live without them.
