Gunther, My Friend

Based on few musical ideas taken from Gunther Schuller's "Etude for Unaccompanied Horn" ( N.1), "Gunther, my Friend" it's a free improvisation/ Exploration that aim to surrond the "unaccompained" horn line written by G.S. with new ideas and ornaments to achieve a different comunicative meaning to this music. a Zoom a1x four pedal board is been used to live process the sound and to record loops on Logic ProX. than a 5.1 master has been done in order to explore the immersive-audio capabilities of new systems.
