Graduate of the Academy of Music in Kraków. Bassoonist of Spółdzielnia Muzyczna contemporary ensemble and Krakow Improvisers Orchestra. Collaborator to many symphonic orchestras in Poland and abroad. Apart from the classical repertoire, she composes and performs electronic music as well as pursues free improvisation and wide-ranging experiments in music.

She has taken part in such projects as the European Workshop for Contemporary Music during the International Festival of Contemporary Music ‘Warsaw Autumn’, ‘Conduction’ by Lawrence D. ‘Butch’ Morris during the Festival of Improvised Music ‘Ad Libitum’, and performances of Orkiestra Odyssey directed by Adam Kaczyński.

Seeking new opportunities for the contemporary bassoon, she performs or has performed improvised music with such instrumentalists as Tomek Chołoniewski and Paulina Owczarek (Uncharted Territory, RadioActive Duo), Michał Dymny, Piotr Żyła, Philip Palmer, Barbara Meyer, Wojciech Kozłowski, and Marcin Kulka (KT66).

The Uncharted Territory trio with her playing has performed at Barcelona’s Hurta Cordel and has been featured in the Discordian Records label.

As an audio hardware designer she builds electronic effects and instruments, giving preference to the use of vacuum tubes and old analogue circuits.
