The strategy guiding the course activities is similar to that followed in the preparation of a public concert. After the first day dedicated to score analysis, interpretave directions and any technical conventions in relations with the ensemble, rehearsals are organized as in a normal concert production.
The student conductors will take part in 9 days of lessons and 4 concerts in Moncalvo (Piedmont, northern Italy) and Milan. The offer will include: 6 hours of analysis of the scheduled scores; 6 hours of rehearsals/day followed by one hour of checking the rehearsals carried out; concerts in Moncalvo, Grazzano Badoglio and closing concerts in Milan.
