Tímea Hvozdíková (*1998) is a composer born in Košice, Slovakia. She gained her education in composition at Košice state conservatory (2013 - 2016) and Bratislava state conservatory (2016 - 2017). At the present time, she is a student of composition at Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Bratislava, Slovakia under the guidance of Mgr.art. Marián Lejava, ArtD.

Her work focuses mainly on chamber music and small orchestras. Over the past few years many of her pieces have successfully taken part in numerous music competitions and contemporary music festivals (International composition competition Generace 2018, 2019; ISCM New World Music Days Tallinn 2019) and she has also consulted her work with multiple composers and conductors (Yann Robin, Francesco Filidei, Johannes Maria Staud, Zsolt Nagy). Her music has been performed in Slovakia, Czech republic, Austria, Germany, France, Estonia.
