The Vienna Contemporary Composers Festival (previously the Composers Forum at the Vienna Summer Music Festival) is proud to announce that our application season for our 2024 season is now active. Information on our program can be found below and on our website.
• Composers will have their music performed by one of our resident ensembles: PHACE ensemble and Mivos Quartet.
• Visiting guest, Irvine Arditti will give a lecture on contemporary music for violin and workshop/record selected pieces by our fellow composers.
• Each participant will receive private lessons, attend seminars, and participate in masterclasses with our faculty.
• We are proud to announce a stellar list of guest composers this year, including Alexandra Karastoyanova-Hermentin, Pierluigi Billone, and Anthony R. Green.
