Playground

Playground: call for collaborations 2024/2025 is a project popularizing the contemporary music trend in the world, responding to the latest trends and creative attitudes, taking into account the significant Polish artistic contribution. It consists of lectures, workshops and concerts with works by artists selected for cooperation through recruitment. Lectures and workshops in France, Austria, Sweden, the Czech Republic and Estonia will constitute the first stage of the project, aimed at promoting the event and encouraging young composers to take part in the recruitment, by presenting a positive image of Poland as a valuable partner in international artistic activities. The second stage is cooperation between composers and performers, culminating in the creation of new musical works and their presentation in concert form in the partner countries: Sweden, Estonia, the Czech Republic and Spain.

Public task financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland within the grant competition “Public Diplomacy 2024 – 2025 - the European dimension and countering disinformation partner countries: Sweden, Estonia, the Czech Republic and Spain.
