Call for Works 2025

LOXOS~ keeps the focus on electroacoustic culture alive, providing an important opportunity for composers and artists working in the field of digital arts through its annual call. Each year, MA/IN accepts artistic proposals through an OPEN CALL, aiming to select works for inclusion in the 2025 edition of the festival.

This year, the festival has two active collaborations with the CRM (Centro di Ricerche Musicali) in Rome and TempoReale (production center - Florence), which will include selected acousmatic and audiovisual works in their programs.

All composers of any age and nationality can participate by submitting works for the following categories:
- Acousmatic Music ~ fixed media music. Multichannel acousmatic compositions are accepted.

- Mixed Media Music ~ compositions for instruments and electronics (live or on digital media).
- AudioVisual ~ works for pre-recorded video and music.
- Live Performance ~ works that include electronics and other elements.
- Sound and Media Art ~ sound and multimedia installation.
