Fifteen Minutes of Fame

Vox Novus is calling for one-minute pieces composed for Fifteen-Minutes-of-Fame with baritone Andrew White with or without electronic accompaniment to be premiered online in 2025

Only works one-minute in length for baritone voice will be considered with or without electronic accompaniment.

Guidelines:
Works are for baritone with or without electronic accompaniment.
No works over one minute (60 seconds) will be reviewed.
Deadline for submissions is May 31st, 2025
Works should be composed specifically for this call and performers.
Composers should use texts in the public domain. Texts not in the public domain need permission of the author stated in the score.
All pieces must be premieres.
Multiple submissions are not accepted. Send your best work!
Works need to be submitted online at www.MusicAvatar.org
You will need to register with Music Avatar for free to submit your work online.
After logging in to Music Avatar, select the opportunity named "Fifteen-Minutes-of-Fame featuring baritone Andrew White 2025" and press the "submit" button to start the submission process.
You will need to provide a maximum 50 word biography and 50 word program notes.
You will be able to upload a score as a PDF file
You must upload electronic accompaniment if it is part of the submission.
Composer must include the dedication to Andrew White on the score.
Performance notes should be included in the score.
Results will be announced via the Fifteen-Minutes-of-Fame website.Works are for baritone with or without electronic accompaniment.
