Takiy

Takiy means “to play an instrument” in the Quechua language, one of the traditional languages of Peru and other areas through which the Andes Mountain range passes. This piece features two well-established sections; the first, atmospheric and lyrical; and the second, more rhythmic and intense. The end of the piece contains elements from the first section, like a kind of codetta.
