Founded in 1982, Musica is Strasbourg’s international festival of the music of today. Every autumn, it features contemporary classical music concerts with the aim of offering a truly free creative space. Musica is for all audiences, be they seasoned music-lovers or beginners.
For a fortnight or so, the Musica Festival presents the most significant works of a 20th century full of musical creations, with its benchmarks, legacies and masterpieces, contrasting them with new generations of artists, composers and performers. It welcomes renowned artists specialising in contemporary music as well as prestigious classical acts.
