“Piazza del Mondo” is very excited to announce the Call of Scores “Nuovo Antropocene / New Anthropocene” focusing on key-themes and values such as:
environment – climate – Anthropocene – nature – progress
The environmental crisis and climate change indicate the need to review a vision of nature as an object to be exploited. Man must conceive his relationship with the environment in complex terms, in the perspective of sustainable development.
Guidelines for submission:
· Applicants may be of any nationality and age.
· Applicants may submit only one work.
· Submitted works must not exceed 15 minutes length.
· Deadline: July 20, 2023 (CET 11.59am)
· Fee: The Call is free of charge.
MP Saxophone Quartet:
· Emanuele Dalmaso (soprano sax)
· Mattia Grott (alto sax)
· Sveva Azzolini (tenor sax)
· Simone Dalcastagné (bariton sax)
We accept pieces written for saxophone quartet.
All winners will receive a performance at “Nuovo Antropocene”, that will take place in late 2023 in Trentino Region, Italy.
