The objectof the Master Programme Contemporary Music –Ensemble is to broaden and complete the artistic pre-professional qualification in a chosen instrument of woodwind, piano or string chamber music acquired in a relevant Bachelor Programme. The Master programme is for already existing ensembles as well as individual students. Following instruments are offered (subject to availability of support):
Recorder
Bassoon
Flute
Horn
Clarinet
Oboe
Trombone
Saxophone
Trumpet
Guitar
Harp
Double bass
Viola
Violin
Violoncello
Piano
Percussion instruments

Permission to the master programme Contemporary Music –Ensemble is the completion of a professionally qualifying bachelor programme of an relevant subject or an equivalent study at a recognized Austrian or foreign post-secondary educational institution and the successful completion of the entrance examination for the master programme ahead.

Candidates, whose first language is not German must provide evidence of proficiency in German before admission to the study.
