October 2023 - May 2024
The course will foresee eight meetings (two days each, on Saturdays and Sundays) from October 2023 to April 2024 and is dedicated both to the piano and chamber production of Michael Jarrell and Beat Furrerand to the repertoire of the second half of the Twentyth Century and contemporary proposed by the students. The composers will take part in one meeting and in the final concerts. Each active student will be offered 8 individual lessons.
The repertoire studied will be performed at two concerts in May within Divertimento Ensemble’s 2024 Rondò Season. Selected musicians who have attended at least six meetings will take part in the concerts. Reruns of the concerts in other concert seasons are planned.
Application is open to musicians of any nationality, born after January 1st 1989.
