Open Call for Scores

RePercussion Trio is Looking for a composer to collaborate with, in a new work for percussion trio. The Trio will workshop the new work with the composer and collaborate until its premiere. An honorarium of €1 000 will be provided to the selected composer. The premiere will be on April 6th, 2024 in Switzerland and a second performance will take place in Portugal in the same year.

Submissions are open to composers of any nationality, born on or after January 1st, 1993.

Timeline:
Application deadline: December 10th, 2023
Notification of results by: December 20th, 2023
Deliver of the new commission work: March 11th, 2024
Premiere: April 6th, 2024

Required materials:
- 2 preexisting chamber music compositions composed in the last 5 years, accompanied with audios and/or videos.
- A detailed composition concept. Please provide a concept letter that offers an insight into your creative approach for what you would like to do with a maximum length of one page.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) with a maximum length of two pages.

- Recommendation letter.
- Press reviews.
- Other pertinent information you would like us to consider.
