Meitar Ensemble announces the 9th Matan Givol International Composers Competition:
Composers from all over the world are invited to submit works for Meitar Ensemble.
The competition is an open call for composers of all ages and nationalities.
The winning piece will be performed and live recorded in a concert on June 15th 2024 in Studio Annette, Tel Aviv.
1st prize, 1,500 Euros
2nd prize, 500 Euros
The compositions submitted for the competition must be written for 3-6 instruments from the following (One each): Flute, clarinet, bassoon, violin, cello and piano. Usage of electronics is permitted as fixed media.
